Thank you for joining us for our first Member Social at Café X!
We had an amazing time with you all on Saturday at our first member social, held at Café X in Sherman Heights!
Thank you to Café X’s owners, Cynthia and Khea, along with their lovely staff, for being gracious and inviting hosts as usual. And thank you to all who joined us. We loved meeting new folks and hanging with old friends, doodling and reflecting on the future that we long for, and most of all, being part of many of your first visits to this incredible community space. Finally, much gratitude and awe for Willie (@choctruflle), for setting an amazing vibe with his energy and vocals, along with Cynthia herself for blessing us with that voice! She can do it all!
The Alliance is looking forward to hosting more social hours this year. These casual events give us all time and space to do what fills our souls: connect, reflect, hear local artists, visit San Diego County neighborhoods, and support our region’s small food businesses. The possibilities are endless when we get together.
