Save the Date for the Inaugural Gathering!

We’re thrilled to invite you to join us on October 22 at FORMATION: The Inaugural Food Vision 2030 Gathering!

This Inaugural Gathering will be an all-day, outdoor event featuring inspirational speakers, large and small group sessions, open space for dialogue and networking, and local food—all in the beautiful setting of Leichtag Commons.

A month has passed since we released San Diego County Food Vision 2030⁠—our community’s shared vision, plan, and movement for transforming our food system. During this time, we’ve celebrated, rested, continued to collaborate with many of you, and renewed our commitment to Food Vision 2030 as we are reminded that transformation is urgently needed in our food system and the world.

The current moment calls for deep connection and shared learning. The Inaugural Gathering presents an opportunity for our community to come together, learn from each other, find inspiration in and celebrate our common vision, think critically and creatively about our food system, and get in formation as we prepare for the work ahead of us.

Registration for the Inaugural Gathering will open in September.
