Support the Viability of Local Farms, Fisheries, and Food Businesses

Small and midsize farmers, fishermen, and food business owners—including food processors, food manufacturers, restaurants, and retailers—struggle to make a living and maintain viable businesses in a food system that does not uplift them. Through this priority area we seek to implement strategies and change policies that will support building a more resilient food supply chain and local economy, and increase businesses viability across the region.
