Job Description

We are looking for a positive, self-motivated individual interested in working with and leading volunteers in a vegetable, fruit, flower and herb nursery setting as part of a non-profit community farm. This is a 10 hour/week position with opportunity for more hours as the plant sale and organization grows. The Nursery Propagation/Volunteer Coordinator will work mostly independently with guidance from the farm team to lead volunteers in seeding, transplanting, watering, fertilizing, and nurturing seedlings for multiple projects within B.C.D.I.
